"Website used to be easier to deal with"
I tried ordering a mower part, but the website was a pain to use. I feel like it used to be better, because I don’t remember having this much trouble before. The search kept pulling up random stuff, the filters didn’t narrow things down much, and some pages took forever to load. At one point my cart seemed to reset, which was really frustrating. After clicking around for way too long, I just gave up. The parts might be fine, but the site definitely needs some work

The parts showed up a bit later than I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I was kinda hoping the shipping would be quicker.

"Refund process was frustrating, but they did come through"
I had to keep following up about my refund, which was annoying and made it feel like nobody really cared. To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, so I guess it wasn’t a total disaster, but I’m still not happy with how it was handled

I tried searching for a replacement part for my mower using the model number, and it kept pulling up parts that didn’t seem to match. The site acted like it had found what I needed, but the results kept sending me in the wrong direction, which was really frustrating. After going back and forth for a while, I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else

I was expecting the whole process to be a bit smoother, but the parts arrived later than I was told and support took a while to get back to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as reliable as I hoped

I ordered a mower belt because the site said it was available, but then a few days later I got an email saying it was actually backordered. Literally the last thing you want to hear when you need the part right away. Frustrating overall.

"Still waiting for someone to respond"
I ordered a mower part and just had a simple question about shipping, but no one ever got back to me. I emailed twice and tried calling, and it’s been total silence. once you’ve paid, the least they could do is give you an update or at least apologize for not responding. At this point I don’t even know if the part is coming or not. Really frustrating experience, and I won’t be using this site again.

I don't think it's worth the money. For what you actually get, the price feels high, and I wouldn't buy it again.

"I was disappointed when my order arrived..."
I was disappointed when my order arrived. They make it sound like your stuff will be packed well and handled properly, but the mower part showed up in a flimsy little box with almost no padding. It was just rattling around inside, and the box was half crushed by the time it got here. The part had scuffs on it like it had been banging around the whole trip. For what they charge for shipping, I really expected better. Definitely not ordering again if this is their idea of careful packaging.

I called because I had a question about a mower part, but the tech support person didnt really seem sure either. They kind of just kept guessing and I felt like they were trying to get me off the phone quick. I still dont know if I ordered the right part or not, so that was frustrating.

"I ordered a mower blade that was..."
I ordered a mower blade that was supposedly the right fit for my model, because apparently I enjoy trusting product listings like a fool. The box showed up with the correct order info, which was a nice touch, except the actual part inside was completely wrong.
Customer service did eventually respond, but not before I had to send pictures and explain the whole thing again, because nothing says convenience like proving you didn’t order the wrong item yourself. They said they’d fix it, so that’s good, but it was still an annoying hassle. Not a total disaster, just maybe check what’s going in the box before shipping it.

"Tracking said delivered, but I never got the part"
I ordered a mower part and was keeping a close eye on the tracking because I needed it and didn’t want anything to slip through the cracks. It sat with no real movement for a few days, then all of a sudden it switched to “delivered.”

I checked my door, mailbox, and the usual spots, but there was nothing there. When I tried to follow up, I didn’t feel like I got clear help or a real answer, so I started saving the tracking info and messages just to protect myself in case I needed to dispute it.

Maybe the carrier messed up, I don’t know, but from my side I’m out the part and the money right now. It was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again.
